NOTICE FORM SAMPLES
(CALIFORNIA, NON-RENT CONTROL ONLY)

Without fail, every eviction in California begins with a Notice to the Tenant.  The accuracy of the Notice is critical to success.
The type of notice depends on the circumstance, as described in the Eviction Timeline Guide on Page 2.
Please note - in areas where RENT CONTROL is in effect, the forms required may be different, and these may not be accurate as to that city and should not be relied on.
Below are samples of the types of notices used to begin an eviction process:  Click on the links to view the samples.
Official Warning in Legalese:  The use of any of these samples does not constitute, nor form, the basis of a professional relationship between Elen Pass Brandt and the party viewing, or using, the information.  All professional and legal relationships must be established in writing signed by both parties.  These samples are provided for educational and reference purposes only, and shall not be viewed as an attempt to give legal advice.
